What is Functional Fit

Functional Fitness is broadly a training approach taken to help the body be ready for everyday situations.

At Functional Fit our aim is to help you develop the fitness that you need right now, to support you to maintain that going forwards and provide accessible programmes to help you take that next step in achieving some fitness goals.

We don’t mind whether you want to run a marathon in the Alps or just keep up with the grandchildren on a long walk, but we do want to ensure you develop change in your fitness that is sustainable in the long-term by complimenting your lifestyle and approach to training.
